I won an auction. What do I do next?
Payment
You will be notified when you win. Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction ending. We will send you an invoice with payment details.
Do not wait for us to follow up. Pay within the window to keep your account in good standing.
Pickup or shipping
Once your payment is confirmed, you can:
- Pick up in store at 857 Aurora Blvd. cor. Saint Mary Street, Cubao, Quezon City
- Request shipping: contact us at support@greengatehobbies.com to arrange delivery
Penalty system
Winning a lot and not paying is a strike against your auction account.
Strike | Consequence |
|---|---|
1st | 7-day suspension from bidding |
2nd | 30-day suspension from bidding |
3rd | Permanent ban from auctions |
Strikes look back 12 months. A strike older than 12 months does not count toward your total.
If you have an urgent issue with payment, contact us immediately. We can work with you if you communicate before the deadline.
