How long does delivery take?

Estimates start from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Order processing typically takes under 24 hours.

Delays can happen during typhoons, public holidays, and peak periods such as major TCG set releases. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us so we can investigate.

What is your return policy?

Singles (individual cards)

We do not accept returns or refunds on singles except in the following cases:

The card's condition does not match what was listed
Wrong set or edition was sent
Foiling is incorrect (e.g., foil sent instead of non-foil)
Outright wrong card was sent
Card is missing from the package

If any of these apply to your order, contact us immediately.

Sealed products

Returns on sealed products are only honored if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. Contact us right away if you believe there was an issue with your order.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies to both down payments and full payments. Please review your pre-order carefully before confirming.

Delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us immediately at support@greengatehobbies.com or 0919 655 6270 so we can investigate.

What are shop account tiers?

Overview

GGH has four account tiers that unlock higher store credit rebates as your lifetime spending grows. Your tier updates automatically -- no application needed.

Lifetime spending is the total value of all fully paid and fulfilled orders. Orders paid in part or in full with store credit do not count toward tier progress.

How does consignment work?

Overview

Consignment lets your cards sell through our storefront without you having to find buyers yourself. We handle listing, photography, packing, and customer support. You keep 90% of every sale.

Commission: 10%. No listing fees, storage fees, or surprise deductions.

How it works

Apply. Sign up at greengatehobbies.com/consign and accept your consignment agreement.
Send your cards. Ship or drop off at our Cubao store. We inspect each card at intake.
They go live. Your cards list on the storefront. You choose how each card is listed (see below).
Track your portfolio. Your dashboard shows live inventory, market prices, sell-through, and earnings.
Get paid. Each sale becomes eligible for payout 3 days after it clears.

Pooled vs dedicated listings

Each card lists in one of two ways. You choose per item, and you can switch any time before the card sells.

How much will I get paid for my cards?

Payout amount

Your payout is based on the buylist price of each card at the time you submit your offer. After we receive and inspect your cards, we may adjust prices if the actual condition differs from what was declared.

Payment methods

The store credit bonus applies to non-bulk items only. Bulk items pay at face value regardless of method.

Payout timeline

Most payouts are completed within 1-3 business days after we receive and verify your cards. Store credit is applied upon approval.
