How does consignment work?
Overview
Consignment lets your cards sell through our storefront without you having to find buyers yourself. We handle listing, photography, packing, and customer support. You keep 90% of every sale.
Commission: 10%. No listing fees, storage fees, or surprise deductions.
How it works
- Apply. Sign up at greengatehobbies.com/consign and accept your consignment agreement.
- Send your cards. Ship or drop off at our Cubao store. We inspect each card at intake.
- They go live. Your cards list on the storefront. You choose how each card is listed (see below).
- Track your portfolio. Your dashboard shows live inventory, market prices, sell-through, and earnings.
- Get paid. Each sale becomes eligible for payout 3 days after it clears.
Pooled vs dedicated listings
Each card lists in one of two ways. You choose per item, and you can switch any time before the card sells.
Type | How pricing works | When a sale happens |
|---|---|---|
Pooled | Tracks the store price for that card | The earliest consigned copy ships first |
Dedicated | You set a fixed price; it stays until you change it | Your specific copy sells when a buyer takes it |
Pooled is best for liquid cards where you want to ride the market. Dedicated is best for cards where you have a specific number in mind.
What we accept
Ungraded singles in any TCG we carry on the storefront. Sealed product and graded slabs are not supported yet.
We inspect every shipment at intake and may decline items that arrive damaged, fail authentication, or fall outside our active catalog. Declined items are returned to you at our cost.
Inventory minimums
To keep your consignment active:
- First submission: at least P10,000 at listing prices
- Ongoing: keep at least P5,000 of active inventory on the store
Withdrawing items
Items must remain listed for at least 60 days before you can pull them back. Return shipping is paid by you and depends on quantity and destination.
