How and when do I get paid from consignment?

When payouts are available

Payouts are eligible 3 days after the sale clears. This hold period covers returns or disputes before funds are released.

The hold applies the same way to pooled and dedicated sales -- once a sale clears and the 3 days elapse, it's eligible for payout.

Store credit is not available as a consignment payout method.

You set your preferred payout method when you sign your consignment agreement. Contact us to change it.
