What is your return policy?

Singles (individual cards)


We do not accept returns or refunds on singles except in the following cases:


  • The card's condition does not match what was listed
  • Wrong set or edition was sent
  • Foiling is incorrect (e.g., foil sent instead of non-foil)
  • Outright wrong card was sent
  • Card is missing from the package


If any of these apply to your order, contact us immediately.


Sealed products


Returns on sealed products are only honored if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. Contact us right away if you believe there was an issue with your order.


Pre-orders


Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies to both down payments and full payments. Please review your pre-order carefully before confirming.


Delayed orders


If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us immediately at support@greengatehobbies.com or 0919 655 6270 so we can investigate.
