How does store credit work?

What is store credit?

Store credit is GGH's in-store currency. It applies at checkout like cash and can be combined with other payment methods.

Ways to earn store credit

Order rebates. Earn credit automatically on every qualifying purchase, based on your account tier. See How do store credit rebates work? for the full rate table.

Buylist payouts. When selling cards to GGH, choosing store credit as your payout adds a 20% bonus on non-bulk items. A P1,000 buylist offer becomes P1,200 in store credit.

Paid event registration. Registering for an event with a fee earns a flat P50 store credit rebate. Free events do not earn a rebate.

Using store credit

Store credit appears automatically at checkout. Choose how much of your balance to apply to the order.

Expiry

Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued. Each grant has its own expiry date. Check your account dashboard for current balances and expiry dates.

Rules

  • Orders paid in part or in full with store credit do not earn additional rebate credits on that order.
  • Store credit purchases still count toward your lifetime spend for tier progress.
