Can I modify or cancel my order?

Regular orders

Contact us right away through the chat or at support@greengatehobbies.com. We can change or cancel your order if we haven't packed it yet.

Once we hand your order to the courier, we can't change it anymore.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies to both down payments and full payments, so check your pre-order carefully before you pay.
