Can I modify or cancel my order?

Regular orders

Contact us immediately via chat or at support@greengatehobbies.com if you need to change or cancel an order. We can help if the order hasn't been packed or shipped yet.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, we can no longer make changes.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies to both down payments and full payments.

Please make sure before placing a pre-order as we cannot process cancellations or refunds once confirmed.
