# I won an auction. What do I do next?

## Pay within 48 hours

A few minutes after the lot closes, we email you an invoice with a checkout link. It includes your winning bid plus shipping and any add-ons you choose. Pay through that link the same way you pay for any order.

You have 48 hours from the scheduled end of the auction to pay. We send a reminder before the deadline.

## After you pay

We ship your items with tracking.

## If you don't pay

An unpaid lot adds a strike to your account, and we may offer the lot to the next highest bidder.

| Strikes | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | You cannot bid for 7 days |
| 2 | You cannot bid for 30 days |
| 3 | You can no longer take part in auctions |

We only count strikes from the last 12 months.
