# How do store credit rebates work?

## Rebate rates

Every qualifying order earns store credit back. The rate depends on your tier and on what you bought.

| Tier | Singles | Everything else |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | P1 for every P100 | P1 for every P500 |
| Silver | P2 for every P100 | P1 for every P300 |
| Gold | P3 for every P100 | P1 for every P250 |
| Platinum | P5 for every P100 | P1 for every P200 |

Singles include bulk cards. Everything else means sealed products, graded slabs, supplies, and accessories.

We count only full steps. For example, a P450 singles order at Bronze earns P4.

Your rate comes from the tier you had before the order. If an order moves you up a tier, the higher rate starts with your next order.

## Which orders qualify

- The order must be fully paid and fulfilled. We add the rebate after that.
- If you pay for any part of an order with store credit, that order earns no rebate.

Some paid events also earn a flat P50 in store credit. Ask us whether an event qualifies.

## Expiry

Rebates expire 1 year after we add them. Your [store credit history](https://greengatehobbies.com/account/store_credit) shows when each one expires.
