# How do restock alerts work?

## Setting an alert

When an item is out of stock, its product page shows a **Notify** button. Log in, click it, and we let you know when the item is back in stock. Alerts come by email and on the site.

You can have up to 100 active alerts. See and manage them on your [restock alerts page](https://greengatehobbies.com/account/restock_alerts).

## Alerts for singles

For a single, choose the lowest condition you would buy.

| You choose | We notify you when this comes back |
|---|---|
| Near Mint only | Near Mint |
| Lightly Played or better | Near Mint or Lightly Played |
| Moderately Played or better | Near Mint, Lightly Played, or Moderately Played |
| Heavily Played or better | Any condition except Damaged |
| Any condition | Any copy, including Damaged |

Tick **Any version of this card** to get an alert when any printing of the card comes back, from any set.

## Alerts for sealed products and supplies

For sealed products, supplies, and accessories, we notify you when the item is back in stock.

## Not getting the emails?

- Check your spam folder.
- Check that restock emails are turned on in your [notification settings](https://greengatehobbies.com/account/notifications/preferences).
- Check that the email address on your account is correct.
