# How do I track my order?

When we ship your order, we email you a J&T tracking number. Enter it on [J&T's tracking page](https://www.jtexpress.ph/track-and-trace) to see where your package is.

No tracking number 3 business days after you ordered? Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, message us through the chat or email support@greengatehobbies.com with your order number, and we will look it up.
