# How and when do I get paid from consignment?

## When we pay you

We can pay you for a sale once the buyer has paid and 3 days have passed since the order was delivered. Without a delivery date, we count from the day we shipped it, or from the day of the sale if it has not shipped yet. The wait covers returns and chargebacks. After that, we include the sale in a payout.

Every sale under Sales in your consignment dashboard shows where it is:

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting customer payment | The buyer ordered but has not paid yet. |
| On hold | The buyer has paid. We are in the 3-day wait. The sale shows when the wait ends. |
| Ready to pay | The wait is over. The sale is not in a payout yet. |
| Processing | The sale is in a payout and we are preparing the payment. |
| Paid | We sent you the money. |
| Reversed | The order was cancelled, the item came back, or the buyer's payment was taken back. |

## How we pay you

We pay by GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash at our Cubao store. Choose your method under Settings in your consignment dashboard. You can change it there at any time.

Consignment payouts cannot be paid as store credit.

## What a payout shows

Each payout lists the sales in it. For each one you see what the buyer paid, the commission and fees we deducted, and what you receive. You can also download it as a CSV and see the proof of payment once we send it.

## If a sale is reversed after we pay you

We take the amount you received for that sale out of your next payouts. If your next payout is smaller than that amount, it comes to P0 and we take the rest from later payouts.
